7. Results and Guarantees

While we strive to improve conversion rates and user engagement, we cannot guarantee specific results. Performance depends on many factors including traffic quality, product-market fit, and overall marketing strategy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heroes that Hook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In case of termination:

  • Client is responsible for payment for work completed to date
  • Deliverables completed to date will be provided upon payment
  • Deposits and payments for uncompleted work may be refunded at our discretion

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
